Minrec does not see the need for additional tree and shrub planting. The reference <br />to same was deleted from page 4-72. <br />8. Enclosed is a letter dated May 28, 1998, to Minrec from Hayes Environmental <br />Services, Inc. which addresses the DMG's concerns for both item 8 and item 9. <br />Also enclosed are revised pages 4-64, 4~5, 4~Si, 4-65ii and 4-90 which address <br />the DMG's concerns. <br />9.
