Following are <br />Minrec's responses to the DMG's questions and concerns. <br />1. Enclosed are revised pages 2-1 and 2-5. Revised page 2-1 corrects the legal <br />description for the loadout. Revised page 2-5 updates the identification of interests <br />section of the permit. The remaining information in this section is accurate and up <br />to date. <br />2. Pages revisions: <br />a. Page 2-10; revised permit term information. <br />b. Pages 3-58 ~a 3~1; updated text. <br />c. Page 4-i ~J 4-vi; updated text. <br />d. Page 4-78i; updated reclamation schedule. <br />e. Page 4-111 b & 4-113 & 4-120 ~ 4-122; referenced location of discussion of <br />the effect mine discharge has on North Thompson Creek. Page 4-113 is <br />now blank. Updated discussion of PHC beginning on page 4-120 <br />f. Page 4-126; deleted reclaimed pond P-3 from table. <br />g. Page 4-144; added statement regarding release of Diamond A parcel from <br />permit. <br />3. The discussion regarding reclamation, beginning on page 4-71 was revised to <br />included a commitment to regrade the portal area to ADC. Revised drawing D-2-5 <br />is enclosed.
