Mined Land
NCIG Financial, Inc. (NCIG), with its offices at 7476 East Arkan-
sas Avenue, Suite 104, Denver, Colorado 80231, telephone (303)
337-3877, has filed a Technical Revision to its Mining Permit C-
84-065 with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division. The
Technical Revision relates to the inclusion in the permit area of
a small strip of land north of County Road 335, but south of the
Colorado River.
The subject property is located in Garfield County, approximately
2 miles east of New Castle and 10 miles west of Glenwood Springs.
The property is located on the Storm Ring Mountain Quadrangle.
The site is accessed by the New Castle Exit from I-70, and then
1.5 miles east along the County Road 335.
The permit area is within 100 feet of a public road. A 25 foot
section immediately east of the mine entrance is part of the per-
mit area.
The total permit area is described in more detail as follows:
