<br /> <br />NCIG Financial, Inc. also has filed with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division a Technical Revision to its present Mining <br />Permit for the inclusion of a small contiguous strip of land in <br />T6S, R90W, Section 6 (25 feet wide by approximately 400 feet <br />long) which extends north from the County Road 335 to the <br />Colorado River, just east of the mine entrance road being less <br />than 0.25 acre. <br />Furthermore, NCIG Financial, Inc. has also filed with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division a Permit Revision, which <br />relates to the addition of a non-contiguous permit area near <br />Rifle, Colorado. This permit area is the site of the coal load- <br />ing facility.
