This amendment is <br />simply a change in mining direction and an increase of affected area, The original <br />reclamation plan for all of section 36, developed with your assistance, and approved by <br />the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, is still in affect. Our records indicate we <br />mailed a copy of this plan to your office and it was received on 12 February, 1997. <br />I hope this clears up this misunderstanding.
