monitoring for final bond release.
2. Summary of the Reclamation and Management History for the Bond Release Parcels.•
• The area azound Parcel HG-8 was reclaimed and originally revegetated in 1982;
the area azound Parcel E was reclaimed and originally revegetated in 1984 and
1985; and, the area around Pazcel 003 was reclaimed and originally revegetated
in 1987. The revegetation communities in these three parcels were augmented
with shrub seedlings in 1996 and 1997 in accordance with TR-62.
The azea around the former mine pit highwall was reclaimed and originally
revegetated in 1986. A minor slump at the highwall was observed in about 1992.
Stabilization measures of the slump area were completed in accordance with
MR-13 during 1998.
Table 1, Revegetation Management of the Current Permit Area, summarizes the
seed mixtures, shrub species plantings and other management practices
performed on the four parcels.

3. Documentation of Successful Establishment of Revegetation:
• Appendix A, Vegetation Monitoring for Final Bond Release, presents the results of
vegetation studies conducted by ESCO Associates, Inc. at the Hayden Gulch Mine
in 2004 and 2005. The 2004 data ate presented in Appendix A.l, 2004 Vegetation
Monitoring Report of Findings (ESCO, 2005a). The 2005 data are presented in
Appendix A.2, 2005 Vegetation Monitoring Report of Findings (ESCO, 2005b).
The revegetation success determination for the highwall slump area and the three
shrub enclosures are slightly different. Common among all four pazcels -for the
