Please explain the use of the haul <br />trucks. What equipment will be used to load the haul truck and <br />what will the associated costs be? <br />New Item 3. How will the topsoil be spread? what is your estimate of cubic <br />yards of topsoil to be replaced? <br />New Item 4. Please add Mobilization and Demobilization costs for the State to <br />hire a contractor in the closest town that wculd be likely to <br />have a qualified reclamation contractor. <br />New Item 5.
