The submission (Enclosure 3) lists Jeffery Croll as President. There is no Jeffery Croll in the
AVS database. There is a James W. Croll in the AVS database, a person indicated as President
of Landmark (Enclosure 4). An AVS entity maintenance printout for James W. Croll is at
Enclosure 7 (note an Ohio address). We need verification that the correct Croll is listed as the
President (note that the social security number(s) are not available). If Jeffery Croll is James W.
Croll, then the submission (Enclosure 3) should be changed (along with a change or addition in
the address and telephone number listed in the AV S database as may be appropriate}. If Jeffery
Croll is not James W. Croll, then the following information (blanks) is required to create a new
identity in the AVS database:

The appointment date of Jeffery Kahler as Treasurer of Landmark is presented as 09/19/1992 in
the submission (Enclosure 3). The appointment date is listed as O1/i l/9~ in the AVS database
(Enclosure 6). The date of first appointment of uninterrupted service to present, or dates of
interrupted service, are required. The appointment dates need to be clarified with documentation
(if a change to the AVS database is appropriate).
The typo for Jeffery Kahler as CFO in the submission (Enclosure 3) needs to be corrected
(12/101/97 changed to read 12110/97).
Landmark advised by letter of February 4, 1998 (Enclosure 8) that Landmark had became wholly
owned by Randall and Blake, Inc. Documentation is required to make this entry in the AVS
database. [Note that Randall and Blake, Inc. is not listed as the owner of Landmark in the AVS
database (Enclosure 6)].
With regard to Randall 8c Blake, Richard L. Randall (Randall) is listed as a Director in the AVS
database (Enclosure 9) but not on the submittal (Enclosure 3). If Randall is a Director, the
submittal (Enclosure 3) should be revised. If Randall is not longer a Director, documentation is
required as to the end date for posting of the AVS database.
