This land disturbance was to have been returned to original contour.
The reclamation effort on my property does not meet with my approval and I
xish to voice disapproval to your committee.
July 19,1997, I was on my property and was displeased with the effort that
had been made to restore the property back to its original state. The
road that was cut is still clearly visible with little vegetation growing,
the water drainage is disturbed and I feel that my property has been devalued
because of their disturbance to the land surface.
At this time i am requesting your assistance in preventing the release of the
above stated bond to Basin resources Inc.
I am enclosing a copy of the letter that was received by me, also I have
notified the developer of the area as well as our POA president and secretary.
Sincerely,
~~~`(.
Clement M.
