(25-7- <br />101) a se 1, TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF <br />THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent 120%) opacity. <br />2. The permit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of identification. <br />3. Water spray with chemical stabilizers added shall be used as necessary to minimize dust <br />emissions from transfer points, reject chute and the stockpile conveyor. <br />4. Conveyors shall be entirely covered on the top and both sides to minimize dust emissions. <br />5.
