All work shall conform to applicable Federal, State,
and County regulations. Testing procedures will conform to applicable ASTM
standards, as documented in the edition of standards in force at the start of work
(ASTM, 2005 or future annual edition).
On-site inspection of construction activities and quality assurance (QA) testing will
be conducted by a qualified Field Engineer, at key points during construction. The
Field Engineer will be appointed by BMRI and will be independent representatives of
BMRI. The inspection and QA testing conducted by the Field Engineer will be
performed under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer registered in the
State of Colorado (Professional Engineer).
Battle Mountain Resources, Inc.
