I interest that RAVENWOOA has in said easement and this <br />Agreement. <br />5. Re air Dama es and Remove Im rovements. Within <br />twelve (1 months after any termination of this Agreement, <br />RAVENWOOD agrees to remove any and all structures, fixtures, <br />personal property, and improvements which RAVENWOOD may have <br />placed or erected on the Property during the term of this <br />Agreement, unless the GRANTOR shall notify RAVENWOOD promptly <br />in writing after such termination that the GRANTOR desires <br />RAVENWOOD to leave any and all such structures, fixtures, <br />personal property, and improvements on the Property. Such <br />notice shall specify in reasonable detail such property of <br />RAVENWOOD as the GRANTOR desires to be left on the Property. <br />Except to the extent of any such property which GRANTOR re- <br />quests RAVENWOOD to leave on the Property, RAVENWOOD shall <br />remove all such property within the time provided and shall <br />reclaim all lands disturbed by RAVENWOOD during the term of <br />this Agreement in accordance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations and to a condition as good as or better than the <br />condition of such lands on the date of execution of this Agree- <br />ment. If RAVENWOOD should fail to so reclaim such lands, <br />RAVENWOOD shall compensate the GRANTOR for any direct damages <br />suffered by the GRANTOR as a result of such failure to reclaim. <br />"~ 6. Covenants to Run With Land, The grants and covenants <br />contained erein are ntended by the GRANTOR to be, and shall <br />be conclusively deemed to constitute, covenants running with <br />the Property. <br />7. Modification. This Easement Deed and Agreement may <br />not be altered, amended, supplemented, or modified except by <br />written instrument executed by the parties hereto. <br />B. Binding Effect. This Easement Deed and Agreement <br />shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the par- <br />ties and their respective heirs, representatives, transferees, <br />successors, and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Ease- <br />ment peed and Agreement effective as of the day and year first <br />above written. <br />GRANTOR: <br />~~ v <br />M ry Ann ) ' gna <br />//!
