<br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Holcim (US) Inc.; 3500 Highway 120, Florence, Colorado 81226, has filed an application <br />for a regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Material Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation <br />Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />Coaldale Quarry, and is located at or near Section 32, Township 48N, Range 11 E of <br />the N. M. Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is ,and the proposed <br />date of completion is .The proposed future land use is <br />pinonluniper vegetation and wildlife habitat.
