If so, please submit the appropriate revised materials. Pond G -This pond services a small disturbed area at the Foidel Creek mine and a much larger area ojMine 1, permit # C-81-071. The original design information should be included wi[h a detailed demonstration that the disturbed area and the watershed characteristics are substantially less than the design assumptions. The EPP survey for Pond G is not cert fled. Twentymile Coal Company submitted information for Pond G on January 10, 2000. This material addresses the Division's concerns adequately. Pond T -Information for Pond T could not be located in Exhibit 8. Design information and an appropriate as-built cer[ fication is required to demonstrate compliance with Rule 2.O.i.3(-l) and Rule 4.05.6. Pond C -Design information and an appropriate as-built cert fication is required to demonstrate compliance with Rule 2.05.3(-!) and Rule 4.0.6. 12/6/99 materials Appazently Plate I from permit #C-81-071 reflects accurate design information for ponds C and T. An as-built certification is required by Rule 4.05.6(10), based on Plate 1 for both of these ponds. The certification should cleazly state that these ponds were constructed in accordance with the Plate 1 design information. There is currently no cross-reference found on Plate 1 to indicate that certifications already exist in the permit. If there are certifications for pond C and T based upon the infoanation found in Plate I, the location in the permit of the certifications needs to be included on Plate 1. Please remember if the design has been revised since the original certification, the certification needs to be updated to reflect the pond has been constructed in accordance with the revised design. This item remains partially unresolved. Pond E (FCT) -The EPP survey was not cert fled. As the Fish Creek Tipple permit information is organizationally separate from the Foidel Creek permit, discussion ojthe operation, maintenance, and plans to remove the structure should be added to Volume VII ojthe permit to demonstrate compliance with Rule 2.05.3. (4)(a)(ii)(D). The cert~cation ojthe repairs discussed in the 12/16/96 certification should be submitted for this pond. Previous TCC resaonse Pond E (FCT) survey will be submitted under separate cover. 12/6/99. 1?120/99. and 1/10/00 materials: No new information was provided regazding this question.
