As it is now 2000, please bring this discussion up <br />to date. The fast paragraph on page 1 describes the Fish Creek Borehole Impoundment. Please remain <br />consistent in discussions of the Fish Creek Borehole Treatment Ponds. The second paragraph discusses <br />"the settling pond". If this is the Fish Creek Borehole Treatment Ponds, please call this facility by one <br />name throughout the discussion. <br />Exhibit 8, Tab 1, Page 2 -Last paragraph contains numerous references to "impoundment". If this is the <br />Fish Creek Borehole Treatment Ponds please refer to it as such. "Consecutively" should be <br />"simultaneously" based upon discussions with Twentymile Coa] Company personnel. <br />Exhibit 8, Tab 1, Page 4 -The use of the terms "Settling Pond" and "Fish Creek Borehole Impoundment" <br />is inconsistent. Please use one reference. If this is referencing the Fish Creek Borehole Ponds, please trse <br />that name. <br />Tab 1 Page 5 - `with the condition" should be "of the condition". Also, please, remove the sentence "if <br />sufficient vegetation exists in the re-applied topsoil, then the azea will not be seeded". All azeas of re- <br />applied topsoil require reseeding in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. <br />Please respond to the remaining unresolved items no later than January 21, 2000.
