<br />commencing said repairs but shall notify the City of the nature and extent of any such <br />emergency work. <br />4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS IN PROPERTY <br />In granting this License, the City reserves the right to make full use of the property involved as <br />may be necessary or convenient, and the City retains all rights to operate, maintain, install, <br />repair, remove or relocate any public improvement for any municipal purpose in which the City <br />has a financial or ownership interest, located within the City's property at any time and in such <br />manner as it deems necessary or convenient. In the event Licensee's installations should <br />interfere with the City's use or operation of its property, at any time hereafter, the Licensee shall, <br />upon request by the City and at Licensee's sale expense, immediately relocate, rearrange or <br />remove its installation so as not to interfere with any such City use. <br />Following relocation, the Licensee at its expense shall restore all properly to its former condition. <br />Nothing herein contained shall be construed to impose any obligation upon the City to make any <br />payment for any relocation of Licensee's facilities whether located within or without said <br />designated areas. The City will use best reasonable efforts to avoid the need to relocate or <br />remove the Licensee's pipeline. <br />5. INTERFERENCE WITH CITY FACILITIES <br />At no time shall Licensee interfere with City facilities, and Licensee shall assume all risks <br />incident to the presence of City facilities. <br />6. CARE AND REPAIR OF CITY FACILITIES <br />Licensee shall use all reasonable means to prevent any loss or damage to the City or to others <br />resulting from the construction, modification, replacement, repair, operation and maintenance of <br />Licensee's installation. Any repair or replacement of any of the City's installation on its property <br />made necessary, in the opinion of the City, because of the construction, modification, operation, <br />maintenance, repair or replacement of Licensee's installation, shall be made only by the City <br />and at the sole expense of the Licensee. <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />Licensee shall purchase a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy with minimum <br />limits of $600,000 combined single limit for each occurrence. This policy should have a Broad <br />Form Endorsement and include the following coverage's: Blanket contractual liability, Broad <br />Form Property Damage, Completed Operations and Personal Injury. This policy shall be <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. Additionally, there shall be an endorsement attached <br />to said policy and incorporated therein on said policy providing for thirty (30) days' written notice <br />to the Department of Public Works of the City in the event of any material change or <br />cancellation. The amount designated in this policy shall in no way exclude the City from <br />pursuing further remedies against the Licensee, its successors, assigns, servants or agents, in <br />case of injury to the City's property. <br />8.
