The SAE demonstration for the underground development waste <br />pile should be revised to show the revised location of the <br />upper diversion ditch (Enclosure 2). The discussion of the <br />ditch on page 1 of the demonstration should also be revised. <br />in addition, the design for the interceptor ditch should be <br />removed and replaced with the new D-1 design or a page should <br />be provided to reference the design in the Lone Pine fan SAE <br />demonstration. <br />The Division has deemed this revision complete as of July 28, 1995; <br />therefore, a proposed decision must be issued on August 7, 1995. <br />MCC should provide the responses to the adequacy questions as soon <br />as possible to allow sufficient time for the Division to review the <br />responses and issue a decision on August 7.
