Please note the letter <br />from Ken Klco dated Oct. 7s 1997 and your public notice a9 to location <br />There does exist a dangerous cliff which I estimate to be 40 feet or higher, and <br />approximately 200 feet IorigThe material on this cli$'is unstable and this is evidenced by <br />mmmerous holders lying at the base of it Ibis poses a threat to domestic animals, wild life, <br />and people. I seek to have this danger corrected during the period of reclamation. The <br />consulting engineer, Ken Klco, has stated to me that Azurite Inc. does not intend to correct <br />this particular hazard .
