The end use of this area <br />was originally planned to be dry land and in this Technical <br />Revision it will be lake area. This change does not increase the <br />area of the permit or affected lands and it does not have a <br />significant affect on the approved Reclamation Plan. <br />In addition to the text, is a Revised Reclamation Plan Map - <br />Exhibit F showing the final configuration proposed. A check for <br />$188 is attached for the Technical Revision fee.
