Questions that have been resolved previous to this <br />review have been removed. <br />For any new or revised information re-submitted as a result of this adequacy review, please <br />• submit three copies to the Division. This new or revised information is also required to be <br />available for public review in the vicinity of the mine site at the same time it is submitted to the <br />Division. Please ensure a copy of all review materials and letters are available at the Las <br />Animas County Courthouse. <br />Rule 2.04.4 Cultural and Historic Resource Information <br />Response accepted. Materials were forwarded to the SHPO on August 14, 2001. Final <br />SHPO comments for sites 5LA9571, 5LA9572, 5LA9577, and 5LA9578 are forthcoming <br />shortly. <br />5a. See response to #4. <br />Rule 2.04.6(21 Geology Description <br />6. The Division has no questions concerning the results of overburden sampling or geology <br />in general. <br />Rule 2.05.3(2) Operation Plan Description <br />6a. Response accepted <br />7. As a result of our meeting on 9/7/2001, the Division anticipates road information to be <br />submitted in the near future.
