The Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (DMG) reclamation plan for the site calls for lined gravel lakes. Bonding for the site is not <br />required by [he DMG for a public agency or government. <br />CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />• The total annual consumptive use during Water Year 2005 is 228.4 acre-feet. <br />• Replacement sources consist of 25 Fulton Ditch shares and a lease from the City of Greeley for 74.2 <br />acre-feet. <br />• There is presently a replacement short-fall of 110.3 acre-feet. A replacement source will be submitted <br />to the SEO for this shortfall. <br />• It is requested that this combined plan be approved through October 31, 2005, with the condition that <br />the supplemental replacement source to address the shortfall be submitted to the SEO by March 31, <br />2004. <br />• Records ofdiversions into Zigan Reservoir will continue to be submitted to the Water Commissioner <br />at the end of Water Year 2005. <br />• The applicant will continue to maintain monthly accounting records of water use including the actual <br />amount of water discharged to the river through dewatering. <br />This completes the renewal request for the South Platte Combined substitute supply plan.
