Tares; Lessee shall pay all taxes lawfully assessed on~ <br />property o Lessee located on the leased premises. This lease shall in no-way be'construed as a sale of the coal <br />in place 1n the leased premises, nor shall Lessee be in any way con- <br />sidered an agent of the Lessor for any purpose whatsoever.
