Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of concrete shall not exceed 60 tonsllrour nr 10,000 tonslyear. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates (TSP) and particulate matter of less ttr,^.n <br />ten microns (PM,oI are estimated based on the production rates listed above. This information is <br />listed to inform tJte operator of the Division's analysis of the TSP anri PM,o emissions.
