<br />GOSNcY AND SONS, INC. <br />Permit No. 92LP343F <br />Initial Approval <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the submitted production level as <br />listed below. Frior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of Sand and Gravel shall not exceed 375 tonslday or 10000 tons/year. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates ITSPI and particulate matter of less than <br />ten microns (PM,o) are estimated based on the production rates listed above. This information is <br />listed to inform the operator of the Division's analysis of the TSP and PM,o emissions. This <br />information is listed on the Division's emission inventory system. <br />Total Suspended Particulates: 15.69 tons/year <br />Particulate Matter (PM,o): 5.28 tons/year <br />5.
