THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 125.7-101
et sea), TO THOSE GENERAL TERII9S AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS
DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20°~) opacity.
The fupitive particulate emission control measures listed on the attachod page las proposed in the
Fugitive Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the fugitive
particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1.
Construction of this source must commenre within 18 months of initial approval permit issuance
or within 18 months of the start-up date stated in the application. I. commencement does not
occur within the stated time tho permit will expire on January 30, 1994
