Hours:
Gosney and Sons, Inc agree that Sunday operation of the
crusher only at 6699 CR 521 will occur at times of emergency
or extraordinary and unusual hardship periods of time; for four
Sundays per year without neighbor notification; after four
Sundays have been worked without notification, notification
of neighbors who submit their phone numbers will be notified3
at least a day in advance of the Sunday operation. Notification
will consist of two telephone call attempts to phone numbers
submitted by interested neighbors. It is expected that
interested neighbors will help in the phone notification asp
passible.
All other hours of operation remain as previously
stipulated.
overall Condition:
- The partial landscaping in Phase 3 will take place
pending approval of the Master Plan submittal and
if no other conditions arise by spring '93 that
would prevent Gosney and Sons, Inc from obtaining
an MLRD permit or County approval for Phase 3
mining activities.
- Landscaping in the other phases will take place when
applicable land use and MLRD permits are approved,
The exception is Phase 1 as mentioned above.
- These conditions are carried with the land use permit,
regardless of the owner.
All other applicable conditions remain as proposed in the
submittal narrative or Staff Recommendations.
Neighbors in these subsequent meetings were represented
by Randy Houtz and James and Sandy Friedley. Other neighbors
were notified of the majority of these meetings.
