The seeds will be harrowed in or covered with a drag <br />chain or similar measure in order to give approximately 1/2 <br />inch of soil cover. <br />- Seeding will occur during the late fall or early <br />spring ( from about October 31 to May 15 ) in order to take <br />advantage of available soil moisture conditions during the <br />spring. <br />- Fertilizer will be applied at a rate of 40 lbs./ac. <br />available nitrogen and 40 lbs./ac. available phosphate and <br />worked into the soil during seed bed preparation. <br />- Hay mulch will be applied at a rate of approximately <br />1 - 2 tons per acre, and mechanically crimped whenever possible <br />to anchor it against blowing. <br />- The area is surrounded by a fence and domestic <br />livestock grazing will be controlled until the vegetation has <br />had an opportunity to become established. <br />- The access road serves entry to other properties <br />located nearby and the portions necessary to access these areas <br />will therefore remain upon completion of the operation. The <br />Exhibit F map included herein illustrates the final roadway. <br />
