<br />~~ <br />The access road serves the pit and processing area. A <br />new access legal description is attached for the amended permit. <br />The access road will serve non permitted areas and other <br />activities after reclamation of this permit; therefore it is <br />not included in the reclamation figures. <br />The area to the east of Phases 5, 6 and 7 mining area may <br />be used as a temporary access at times during the mining. As <br />mentioned before, the mined area will be reclaimed with the <br />exeception of the access roads which will remain after the mining <br />is completed for access to the areas. <br />
