There aze no cliffs ox steep drop-offs along any pond margin. Consequently, the ponds meet the <br />requirement of 4.05.9(13)(c). <br />These are relatively small impoundments, with permanent pool surface areas of 2.1 and 1.9 acres, respectively for Ponds <br />004 and 008 (see Exhibits 7-12A and 7-17E). Ponds of this size are typical of stock water impoundments throughout <br />northwestern Colorado. Anything much smaller will most likely dry up during a prolonged drought. Consequently, <br />these ponds meet the requirement of 4.05.9(13)(e). <br />As noted above, the PAP contains the information needed to show that Pond 004 and Pond 008 meet the intentions of <br />Rule 4.05.9(13)(a) through (f). Consequendy, SCC respectfizlly disagrees with CDMG's request that SCC provide an <br />appendix that specifically addresses Rule 4.05.9(13)(a) through (f). <br />This package contains the revised or new information, and the insexdon instmctions for updating the PAP.
