Phase Nc Summary No. 3 Page 3 043-2170 <br />Golder observed geomembrane deployment, documenting ambient air temperature, panel <br />.dimensions, thickness, seaming, tie-in overlap, and seam testing (trial seams, pressure, and <br />destructive). Geomembrane placed in the Phase IVc OSA met the project specifications. <br />Laboratory Tests <br />Golder obtained QC samples of bentonite-amended soil liner fill (SLF-QC-08, and SLF-QC-09). <br />Laboratory index testing was conducted on samples of bentonite-amended SLF at either the Golder <br />Soils Laboratory in Lakewood, Colorado, or at the field trailer to verify suitability of materials prior <br />to use in the field. A summary of QC laboratory test results for SLF materials conducted after <br />completion of the 2003 construction season is available at the field trailer. <br />Golder obtained QA samples of Leak Detection Fill (LDFc-O1), Structural Fill (SFc-06), and Soil <br />Liner Fill (SLFc-QA-O1) for laboratory testing. The samples tested met the requirements of the <br />specifications and results aze presented in Attachment B. <br />Meetin¢s <br />CC&V held Weekly Contractors' meetings on May 11 and May 18, 2004. Items discussed included <br />Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
