(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Nc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of July 4 through July 10, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 40° F to 51° F, and highs ranged from 69° F to 84° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Smopsis Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase Nc construction. Ames conducted Phase Nc construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (July 6 through July 10, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase Nc construction activities on three days of this seven-day reporting period (July $ through July 10, 2004). Phase Nc Ames continued limited Structural Fill (SF) cut to fill acfivities along the Phase Nb /Phase Nc tie-in azea neaz the LOB. Ames continued construction of the Secondary Underdrain (SU) within Phase Nc along the central section of the VLF, Raven Hill azea. Ames constructed approximately 1501ineaz feet of SU. Ames continued excavation of the Phase Nc OSA geomembrane anchor trench in the northern portion of Phase Nc on Raven Hill, excavating approximately 250 linear feet of anchor trench in preparation for liner deployment.
