(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of June 20 through June 26, 2004. • The weather during this reporting period was cleaz to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 33° F to 44° F, and highs ranged from 55° F to 75° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Svnopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVc construction. Ames conducted Phase IVc construction acfivifies on six days of this seven-day reporting period (June 21 through June 26, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase IVc construction activities on two days of this seven-day reporting period (June 25 through June 26, 2004). Phase IVc Ames constructed the Secondary Underdrain (SU) within Phase FVc along the central section of the VLF Raven Hill area. Ames constructed approximately 500 lineaz feet of SU. Ames continued construction of the Leak Detection Trench (LDT) within Phase IVc along the central section of the VLF of Raven Hill. Ames constructed approximately 2001ineaz feet of LDT. Ames completed construction of the geogrid remediation for underground working UG-297.
