D. Monitoring of the Colorado River, past, present and
future will be summarized and submitted in the next AHR.
E. Powderhorn has agreed to change its AHR format to
include:
1. Mine discharge data with graphs of TDS over time.
2. The length of time will be defined when using the
word "average".
3. Stream flow will be calculated on Rapid and
Cottonwood Creeks with the water levels.
4. Piezometer data from the refuse piles CRDA1 & 2.
5. Quantity and location of inflow for ground water.
v. Other Concerns
A. Revised page 67 will be re-edited to correct spelling
errors in the first paragraph. To be resubmitted.
B. Revised page 205- change from 0.47 cfs to 0.7 and flow
increasing from 0.01 to 0.02 percent is per the new 1992
NPDES permit allowances and is updated to account for the
NPDES parameters on point #002.
C. Revised page 215, regarding the angle of draw is modified
from 25 to 12 degrees per Technical Revision No.06. It
seems the permit was never adjusted to reflect this
change. This lowering of the angle of draw was approved
by Jim Pendleton and the Division in May 1986. See file.
This concludes my review. All concerns have been addressed and
Powderhorn seems to have answered all our questions from the
10/12/93 meeting.
