Please reduce by 50% to realistic costs in the <br />marketplace, or justify the additional costs.] <br />OTHER <br />The operator is awaze that work space at the West End Gravel Pit No. 1 is <br />extremely cramped, hence the present application for conversion from 110 to 112 <br />operations to expand the whole operation. There has however been a concerted <br />effort to confine present operations within the present 110 permit boundaries. If <br />there have been encroachments by slight creep of soil and product stockpiles it has <br />been unintentional. <br />Aerial photographs furnished with the conversion application were to illustrate the <br />various man-made structures and their approximate locations. They should be <br />used with the realization that perfect alignment normal to the plane surface is not <br />possible with the unsophisticated techniques employed in the film exposure. The <br />resulting skew in the image may cause unrealistic assumptions of boundary <br />placements. <br />In any case, the revised boundary of the conversion application was voluntarily <br />submitted to provide adequate work and extraction expansion, which should take <br />caze of any suspected encroachments. <br />Please contact me if further information or clarification is necessary. <br />a <br />
