The information at the bottom of page 5, Tab 19 is repeated again on page 6. The following sentence is missing from the approved text between pages 6 and 7: "All of the acres graded in a given yeaz aze projected to be topsoiled and seeded as soon as possible based on the reclamation timetable, and will represent reclaimed acres in Table 19-1. Soil replacement will be completed within one year following final grading, provided the azea is"... Please add this language back into the text between revised pages 6 and 7. To be consistent with the backfill and grading plan as depicted on revised Exhibit 19-1A and to ensure compliance with Rules 4.13 and 4.14(1)(c), the Division recommends rewriting the last two sentences of the first pazagraph on revised page 5 as follows: "The completion of backfilling and grading at select locations along final pit highwalls may require additional time beyond 180 days due to these areas being scheduled for future highwall mining." The Division also recommends the following changes to page 6 of Tab 19: Please remove the third sentence of the last pazagraph on revised page 6. The Division cannot approve more than four spoil ridges. Please also revise the second to last sentence of the same paragraph to read as follows: "For example, the backfilling and grading of box cut spoil, final highwalls, and deep ramps typically require the movement of large volumes of spoil for great distances and may require additional time for final grading after rough backfill and grading has been achieved." Finally, the Division recommends that the second sentence of the third paragraph of page 12-2-3 of Attachment 12-2 be revised as follows:
