Please <br />call or see me if you have any questions concerning this information. <br />2.05.6(1) Air Pollution Control Plan. <br />Complete. <br />Air quality is first mentioned in PR-04 under 2.05.4 Reclamation Plan (h) [PR-04, page 2.05- <br />78(a)]. In this regard, the "current permit" (from the cc inspection files) is 93R01204. This <br />permit is not in Exhibit 29 (specialist's file), and it was not checked to see if reclamation <br />activities are indeed covered. <br />Page 2.05-81, revised 12/08/87, in Volume IA, requires revision (updating). No revision was <br />included in PR-04. <br />2.05.6(3) Protection of hydrological balance. <br />Complete. (To be confirmed by Kent) <br />2.OS.ti(6) Subsidence Survey, Subsidence Monitoring, and Subsidence Control Plan. <br />Complete. In general, I like what is discussed. I don't like the way it is composed. I think it <br />would be better to address each subject feature once, updating it to the current situation. <br />No change was noted in PR-04 page 2.05-118(z)(10) Revised 3/3/97 and that of 4/15/96. Is <br />
