L ~ . <br />20.Please include CDOT (Hwy 141), Mesa County (Coffman Rd.), and the owners of any irrigation <br />ditch rights of way within 200 feet of the affected area, in this exhibit. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />21.Permanent man-made structures that appear to be within 200 feet of the affected area of the <br />proposed new mining areas, but are not mentioned in this exhibit include, all irrigation ditches, <br />each fence that leads away from the permit boundary, Coffman Road, Highway 141, railroad <br />line, each well, each powerline, each waterline and each building. This list may not contain all <br />structures that were omitted. Though the operator has committed to supply a damage waiver <br />or engineering demonstration of stability for each structure north of Coffman road, prior to <br />mining that area, each structure on or within 200 feet of the proposed affected areas must be <br />identified, described and the owner specified in this exhibit, before this amendment can be <br />approved. How each structure will be handled for this exhibit can then be specified, item by <br />item. <br />22.Any structures that were not addressed in past permitting for this operation, that are now on <br />or within 200 feet of the proposed affected area, must be adequately addressed in this exhibit. <br />This applies to structures that belong to owners with whom previous damage waiver <br />agreements were secured.
