Soil Condi~i.oning/J. A. Lionelle on <br />November 29, 1979 is to be suspended for two months (until the March 26-27, 1980 <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board meeting) upon receipt of appropriate surety to be <br />set by the Staff. <br />This sure-fv-~'las been set at $32,500 for the entire Maverick Placer operation <br />(including the mine site and cur~her, stockpile and processing areas) of approxi- <br />mately 40 acres. This surety cannei.n a form chosen by the operation as set forth <br />in Rule 7.1. Upon receipt and approval of the surety by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />staff, U.S. Soil Conditioning/J. H. Lionelle may resume mining of agricultural <br />minerals in the pit until the Plarch meeting when the mining, and reclamation permit <br />application will be considered by the Board.
