The Division proposes to approve the revision <br />request subject to conditions. Attached is a copy of our Findings of <br />Compliance document. <br />The attached public notice must be published oncea week for two weeks. Please <br />send an affidavit of publication to my attention. Anyone adversely affected <br />by our decision may request a hearing within 30 days. If no objections are <br />raised, our decision becomes final.
