• <br />Type of storm water retention facilities associated with the proposed use. <br />• Storm water retention facilities are provided for on-site to <br />retain the stone water runoff. <br />The time schedule and method of removal and disposal of debris, junk and <br />other wastes associated with the proposed use. <br />Waste containers are provided at the site and weekly pickup <br />is provided. <br />~cplain proposed landscaping plans and erosion control measures associated <br />with the proposed use. <br />Due to the slight topographical relief to the operations <br />area, no landscaping plans or erosion controls were done. <br />Along the south side of the ~gineering building, there is <br />a lawn, flower bed, and an area where bushes have been <br />planted. <br />Riprapping was done along the river bank for erosion <br />control. Presently, reclaiming and reseeding efforts <br />are in progress at the gravel pit operation. <br />• Reclamation procedures to be employed upon cessation of the Use by Special <br />Review acitivity. <br />Structures will remain intact. Unsightly debris and material <br />used in our operations will be removed. Gravel pit area is <br />being reseeded and reclaimed acconiing to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Permit. <br />A time table showing the periods of time required for construction and <br />start-up of the proposed use. <br />All operation structures are in place. The parking lot <br />facility will be arnplete with lighting in approxirtfately <br />30 days. <br />• <br />
