EXHIBIT L
(Permanent man-made structure, rule 6.3.12); There are no structures
within two hundred (200) feet of the operation (proposed tailings disposal
area) or affected land (see Exhibit E and Plate 1). The mill building is over
two hundred (200) feet from the proposed tailing disposal areas. At present
the building is to be destroyed and reclamated at the end of the mine. The
building is being made a permanent structure and is shown in AM-3, site
plan 1 and site plan 2. This is being done per request of Bob Oswald,
D.M.G., to show correct placement of the building, and for a bond reduction
request. Once AM-3 is approved a bond reduction request will be filed.
Recent correspondence with Bob Oswald, 08/04/03, response to Inspection
of 07/16/03, please find enclosed this exhibit two (2) letters. One from
William Burns, president of Incas Mines, Inc. stating his desire to leave the
building as a permanent structure, and one letter from Nancy Lauro,
planning director for La Plata Co., stating that the building is a permanent
structure. These letters will accompany the request for a bond reduction,
upon approval of AM-3.
