Please <br />find enclosed a copy of this document that completes this transfer. The Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) will proceed to authorize the use of these two water sources to the grazing <br />allotee with a cooperative agreement. In a previous correspondence, we concured with your <br />findings and conclusions to release $196,400 of M&M II Ltd.'s $236,000 reclamation bond <br />thereby retaining $39,600 for revegetation, dam outlet stabilization, well plugging, and <br />mobilization/demobilization costs.
