EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs (Revision 2, Mav 20061 The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Permit # 1974-069, Larimer Pits, Amendment No. 3, for Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. The estimated reclamation costs have been revised to reflect DMG comments. As detailed in Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan, most areas will be planted with grass seed. None of the areas have been targeted for planting either trees or shrubs. Cells 1 thru 3 $ 00 Storage Pond #1 (Cells 4 and 5) $ 00 Storage Pond #2: {Cells 6 and 7) This includes total costs for spreading topsoil down to waterline and seeding.
