2)On page 17, you stated that "No mining will occur <br />within 100 feet of living isolated cotton wood trees". <br />This is a change from previous commitments, which allowed <br />the operator to mine up to the drip line of these trees. <br />The Division commends Schmidits Construction for their <br />effort to save these trees. <br />IV) Exhibits "E" & "F" Adequate. <br />V) Exhibit "G" Water Information. <br />It is the understanding of the Division, from the <br />amendment application that there are no changes in the <br />water information and that the operation will be dry and <br />NO GROUND WATER will be encountered. <br />VI) Exhibits "H","I","J" AND "K" ADEQAUTE <br />VII) EXHIBIT "L" Reclamation cost. <br />Your detailed coat calculation for the area to be <br />affected at $2791.26/acre is acceptable by the Division. <br />The only thing missing in your calculation is the <br />indirect cost.
