C. As stated in Note 4 of Table 4, approximately 30% of the amount of subsoil shown in the <br />table to be stockpiled during Phase IV is in road fills and other mine site fills. Approximately 70% <br />is in actual stockpile (based on the survey results of the Sylvester Gulch subsoil stockpile shown <br />in Table 47 in the permit document as revised November 1992). <br />6.0 Hvdrology <br />Revised page 23 is attached. <br />3.-6. Responses to these questions will be provided in the responses to TR # 64. <br />8. The Envirocon letter stating that the diversion berm will adequately divert runoff resulting <br />from a 100-yr., 24 hr. precipitation event has been added to Appendix L and is referenced in <br />Section 6.4. <br />0. Ditch D6-4 will be shown on Map 54 and designs provided in the TR #64 responses. <br />8.0 Monitorine <br />Figure LWP-020 has been added as Appendix O and the Table of Contents updated. <br />
