Once the Division has reviewed and <br />approved the attached information then the permit revision text will be <br />modified to reflect these changes. The modified pages would be submitted <br />under separate cover at a later date. <br />CYCC is requesting that the Division meet the 120 day approval <br />deadline, even though the Division was late in sending out its adequacy <br />letter. At this time the Division has not made a determination on the <br />adequacy of Areas 9 and 10.
