Overburden will then <br />be removed to assist in regrading the most recently <br />mined area. The sand and gravel will then be <br />removed at a rate diotated by marekt conditions. <br />Once mining is completed in an area it will be <br />reclaimed in a similar manner as now being <br />conducted in the southeastern part of the presently <br />• permitted area. <br />The proposed amendment will not create the <br />need Por any ohanges in the access roads into the <br />permit area. Roads within the permit area will <br />change as the location oP mining changes. Once an <br />area has been mined and is undergoing reclamation, / <br />access roads to that area will also be reclaimed./ <br />There is an agricultural access lying <br />generally along the eastern boundary oP Phase II. <br />This access serves the lessor only, end its use and <br />reconstruction will be coordinated as appropriate <br />between the lessor and lessee. <br />Stockpiles of gravel will remain in the area <br />• now occupied by the crusher until Phase II of the <br />
