Please describe the 500 foot setback required by Douglas County, i.e. <br />setback from where? <br />Exhibit f. <br />1. a. se provide documentation of Douglas County's request for the <br />Exhibit E <br />.2 cre SW berm to remain in place as a visual buffer. <br />b. T e berm is required to be included in the affected land permitted <br />acreage. If the berm is to be left in place, the slopes should be <br />reduced to a grade no steeper than 3H:1V, and the entire pile <br />revegetated. Please adjust the affected land acreage and amendment <br />fee to reflect the berm's inclusion in the permit area. The <br />Division will amend the permit boundary accordingly on Maps C, and <br />F, or will accept new maps to reflect the change. Please provide <br />costs of grading the outslopes to no steeper than 3H:1V. <br />1.
