Topsoil will be stripped and saved when the drill site is opened. <br />Slash created during pad construction will be saved and spread back on <br />the pad during reclamation. <br />S. Approved spark arresters will be required on all combustible engines <br />used on the job. <br />9. All reclamation work will be completed 30 days after the wells are <br />completed unless an extension is given in writing by the District <br />Ranger. <br />L0. The performance bond associated with Atlantic Richfield Company's <br />Mount Gunnison Mine permit will apply to this project since the <br />project is a requirement of the mining permit. <br />11. Violations of these stipulations are grounds for "shutting down" any <br />or all of the operations permitted under this agreement. "Shut Down" <br />notices will be given in writing by the District Ranger or his <br />representative. <br />12. The proponents shall notify the Paonia District Ranger or his <br />representative within one week of when operations are to commence on <br />National Forest lands. Notification shall also be given as in the <br />preceding paragraph when the project is complete and before <br />rehabilitation equipment is moved off the project area. <br />13. Drilling will not be allowed past October 15 due to anticipated wet <br />weather conditions. An extension of this period may be authorized in <br />writing by the District Ranger, if weather permits. <br />14.
