' -- -- City of Golden <br />83Cw361 <br />(ii) Outside the historic season of use, the <br />return flow obligation will be calculated by applying the <br />percentages set forth in the attached Exhibit D-2 to the volume <br />of the Agricultural Water Rights utilized during the preceding <br />season of use. The replacement of such return flows outside the <br />historic season of use shall bb m a livery goftther Henderson whine <br />from the Golden Reservoirs, Y <br />Water, and/or the delivery of wastewater to the Metropolitan <br />Denver Sewage Treatment Plant, provided, however, such wastewater <br />must be derived from the use of the water rights described in <br />paragraphs 4 and 5 above. Such replacement need not be made, <br />however, unless requested by the Division Engineer to meet a call <br />from the South Platte River. <br />(6) the cessation of irrigation of the lands <br />historically irrigated by the Agricultural Water Rights and the <br />proportionate reduction in headgate diversions of the <br />pgricultural Water Rights, except that the diversions by the <br />Church Ditch shall not be reduced. The Church Ditch is water <br />short and lands historically irrigated will automatically be <br />dried up by the implementation of the proposed change. The lands <br />under the other ditches comprising the Agricultural Water Rights <br />have been dried up and shall no longer be irrigated by suca <br />water.
